Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST may be processed on the next working day.

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on the delivery location.

  • Remote, rural, or less accessible locations may require additional delivery time.

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and tracking link will be shared via email or SMS (where applicable).

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on delivery location and order value.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or marketing campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on ForeverChoice.

All orders must be prepaid through the available payment methods displayed at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order placement.

ForeverChoice shall not be responsible for:

  • Delivery delays

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Additional shipping charges

  • Returned shipments

resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers may refuse delivery; however, any applicable shipping, handling, return, or logistics charges may be deducted from the refund amount after the product is received back and successfully inspected.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders are generally not eligible for cancellation:

  • Orders placed during sale, clearance, or promotional campaigns

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Made-to-order products once production or processing has begun

Refund Timelines

Prepaid Orders

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Failed Transactions

In case a payment is deducted but the order is not successfully created, the amount will generally be reversed automatically by the payment provider within their standard processing timeline.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact our support team with your order details.

We will coordinate with our logistics partners and provide the necessary assistance.
