Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your delivery location.
Delivery to remote or less accessible areas may require additional time.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS or email for easy order tracking.
Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders
Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location and parcel weight.
Free shipping may be available during special offers or promotional campaigns.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders not allow
COD service is available for select pin codes only not allow COD.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order.
Foreverchoice will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returns caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
Customers may refuse delivery; however, return shipping charges (approx. ₹120) will be deducted from the refund after the product is received back in its original condition.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders placed during sales, promotions, or clearance events.
Customized or made-to-order products once production has started.
Refund Timelines
Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
COD Orders: No refund is applicable, as no advance payment is collected.
